Anyway...
@ Yaka:
Good bloodline justu, it's well thought out and relates to the BL, please wait for other mods opinions.
@ Kit:
Yup it's fine to suggest a BL and then buy it for your RPC in the future, that's what I did for mine. Anyway I think that your bloodline is also very well thought out, also because of all the disadvantages in the BL you should either add a B-ranked justu or make the user have even more powerful ice techniques, meh it's your choice though.
Anyway please wait for other mods opnions.

Type: Taijutsu
Descrition: The user charges at the opponent with unusual speed, shifting directions to confuse them and look for an open spot. The user then attempts to strike the opponent with a flurry of ice chakra-enhanced punches and kicks, leaving the user open for a direct hit when it misses. This jutsu is for the Taijutsu-raised Ninjas.

Except the illusion technique doesn't make sense in a way (see bold writing).
If you change that both of the justus seem good.

to lose your current one you have to buy the BL remover aswell.

but if it says that an A rank BL can be purchased for 500shine points then so be it.

^_^ the Only A-rank Bloodline that has a Restiction on it is the "Light's Embrace" bloodline which is ment only for the Kashoku Clan and Speciel Events that I am Currently Working on ^_^.
