Description:
This bloodline has two stages:
In the initial stage, markings form on both arms and the eyes. The markings on the left arm encircle the arm and is blood red. The markings on the right arm encircle the arm and and is light blue. The markings on the eyes surround the iris and is jet black. In the initial stage, the user's speed and reflexes increase however decrease the strength of the user slightly.
In the advanced stage, the left arm is engulfed up to the shoulder in flames, the right arm is encased in ice and the eyes become as black as night. All but the most advanced genjutsus are ineffective and then damage from fire and ice attacks are decreased, while the users fire and ice attacks are increased. The user is able to freely create and manipulate fire and ice. However in this state the user is vulnerable to lightning, earth and water based attacks, although a skilled and experienced user can counter using an opposite element (ie. using ice to counter water, ect..) Has a final unique jutsu only used as a last resort, as it leaves it's user in an extremely vulnerable state after the jutsu's effects wear off (ie.if the enemy isn't defeated by then, the the user is screwed).

Shadows Cleanse
Rank: A
Element: Shadow
Description: Those who born under this sign haves much better chakra control and 50% more chakra and gets 50% more chakra from training, but haves 10% less Stamina and gets 10% less Stamina from trainings. They are extremely good users in Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. Those who born under this sign can transfrom to Shadow Form in this stage shadow attacks gets 50% more powerful and user haves 50% more chakra, but then user can only use shadow jutsus. Those born under this sign usually becomes outlaws or mad because the evil is allways whispering in their head.They live about 50 years if lucky. If unlucky they become shadows, ghosts and live forever...
This Bloodline would be Z rank, but it haves lots of disadvantages:
User is much weaker in the daytime
User must fight against his shadow inside him.
10% less Stamina
Can become mad
Short life(40-50 years)

I'm asking a favor for my character to use Shadow Cleanse bloodline. I have rolled only D rank bloodline, but it's A. I have worked a lot on this bloodline and i hope you will accept my request because rolling is only luck and i proved myself for an A rank and i will work on creating jutsu tommorow.

-Please work on you gramar, It make the discriptions alot harder to understand.
-get rid of the % and such, we are not do that, just say that they are more profecent in Charka control and such
-What do you mean by born under the sign?
-add a bit more discripticvness.
-Bloodlines Must have atleast one Jutsu at their own rank, if you are makeing Jutsu above it's rank, follow this exsamle;
A Bloodline at rank C, must have at least 1 rank C Jutsu, no more than 2 rank B jutsu, and no A rank or S rank Jutsu
A Bloodline at rank D, must have at least 1 rank D Jutsu, no more than 2 rank C Jutsu, 1 rank B Jutsu and no A rank or S rank Jutsu

Yep, good luck and keep it up.
Just another Observation, If you want the Jutsu's HS and HW to be Opisites, then do this,
HS: Massive Damage, no pain
HW: Unbearable Pain, little phycial damage
also, you need some way for it to be countered (no Auto Hiting), such as a way to avoid the Jutsu, or Break it.

i noticed that ppl like... very like to make BLs with shadow... light, and fire are also very liked...
i think before we have like a ton of BLs all with the same elements... maybe some come up with other elements... to have more balance in the choice of the BLs

Activation of the Bloodline makes the user lose control of his/her chakra, thus allowing only taijutsu attacks. Taijutsu strength is increased 1.5x higher than usual. Reflexes are enhanced but the user loses control of himself if the Bloodline is activated for more than 5 minutes. Due to the immense power sealed within, chakra control is extremely difficult, and vision is hazy while the Bloodline is inactive. Also, possessors of this Bloodline will find it difficult to control chakra for genjutsu and ninjutsu.
