... Actually, I planned to make another A rank to follow up to this. More like in the RP storyline, you get an item/sensei, or anything, that makes the seal disappear and makes you go uber o-o Depending on the Demon you get. I wonder if its OK...

I can see where you are going with this but as tori said it is a bit vague:

Under what conditions is the bloodline activated?
To what level is taijutsu increase?
While the bloodline is active, does the difficulty with chakra control and hazy vision stay?

Thats much better...you can add a jutsu if you want as well.

And you cannot go uber in the A-ranked BL... you can only go uber in an H ranked BLm or mabye an S.

You'd only manage to use it properly in course of the story o-o;; Like, someone breaks the seal and you go uber-ish, like the Hulk xD

And D-rank BLs tend to have no jutsus o.o;;

I'll wait for a couple other mod opinions though.

Description: The person who possesses this Bloodline will have basic ice manipulation skills, like forming a weapon made out of ice out of thin air. This Bloodline increases the person's resistance to Ice, and decreases their resistance to Fire greatly. The person will perform better in cold temperatures and must maintain their body heat to a temperature below zero using the Bloodline Jutsu. The possessor of this bloodline must not go near sources of extreme heat for an extended period of time, or they will experience major dehydration. The user of this bloodline also gains fox-like senses, although the characteristics of a fox are not always obtained. They gain enhanced hearing, smell, reflexes, and speed. The senses are also a disadvantage. Strong scents, loud sounds and others are a major nusiance. The possessor of this bloodline cannot use Fire-type Jutsus.

Description: The user implants a small amount of Ice chakra unnoticedly inside the opponent's body using a speedy physical attack. The opponent's temperature decreases slowly but steadily. This needs close proximity with the opponent. This can also be used to regulate temperature for the user. This jutsu is for the Ninjutsu-raised ninjas.

Type: Genjutsu
Description: The user creates an illusion that makes the opponent think that he/she i trapped in a wasteland full of snow with no source of heat anywhere. This jutsu can be broken easily if the opponent has a strong will. This jutsu is for the Genjutsu-raised ninjas.

Descrition: The user charges at the opponent with unusual speed, shifting directions to confuse them and look for an open spot. This jutsu is for the Taijutsu-raised Ninjas.
