Motivation from ANBU Squad Leader!

Well I`m not the kage, but since I have a "Leader" written near my name I guess I can write here.
Well for those who don`t know me I`m a Leader of ANBU Squad "S.M.W." (Previously stolen "Shines Most Wanted" and remade "Shines Most Wanted(New HQ)") - Hayate.
Well we`re not related to the Kage, as he is not the one that pays us money!
That way you may compare my squad to something similar to "Root" Squad from Naruto series. And me to Danzo.
However unlike him I don`t want to be a Kage. 2 reasons:
1) I don`t want to do THAT much paperwork.
2) I`m just not powerful enough for that.

Well lets start with some words about a Kages in General:
Well, Kage is a Crappy job, but someone has to do it, so be thankful them for that.

Finaly about motivation:
Well people to keep that little regen we have we MUST do about 6000+ kills/week. My squad alone can`t do it. We need the help of the whole village. So people PLEASE Raid. 3-5 kills a day isn`t much and almost anyone can do it. Anyway don`t be THAT lazy, TNR is really a lot more then just chat in the Tavern.
Most of the other villages points us to be the doomed village. By staying ourself in that depression we may really be doomed. Anyway note that Every single villager makes Shine`s village regen VF cost higher. So if you don`t raid you`re more enemy than friend or even neutral. Back as my days as a spy in "Shadow Knights" group we even had a plan of uniting all villages for ruining Current. It was asking all weak and "unraidable" members to leave for that high regen village.
Those who don`t raid are really enemy of Shine even worse than the raiders that raid Shine. Keep that in mind and maybe one day you`ll get over your laziness and do something for the sake of the village you live in.

As a side note, when you do raid, Current seems to be the place. I can generally get 15 kills in one small sitting, it's truly not that difficult. All the active defenders have moved villages, so you can feed off of the lesser threats fairly easily.

Use bookmarks. It's incredibly useful and will more than half your hospital costs, I'm sure. I've got quite a few bookmarks, but you can get by with just "North" (or S,E,W any will do), "Scout Area", and I like to use "Set up Camp" so even if someone follows me, I'm sleeping already.
Walk to village -> attack one of the weakest villagers you can find (don't waste time searching though, be quick) -> battle -> win -> leave village for a second -> repeat

With the decreasing regen, it's truly important that Shinies get out there and kill, otherwise you'll end up with Konoki-type regen in no time.
And don't be frustrated if you die a few times. Switch to a different village, and try again.

This post may be a bit off point, but I feel it's necessary for some to know a quick, easy way to win.

This is an updated list on all villages o_o It's for SJ though, I believe. So whatever percentage you'd get.

Well it`s not for SJ`s: it`s village regen bonus.
Regen = Base Regen + Bloodline Reg(if any) + Rank coefficient * village regen bonus.

Base regen:
As: 5
Genin: 7
Chunnin: 10
Jounin: 14
SJ: 19

Rank Coefficient:
AS: 0.1
Genin: 0.3
Chunnin: 0.5
Jounin: 0.75
SJ: 1.0

o.o Meh, that's more or less what I meant. S-Jounins get the full Regen bonus, while the other ranks only get a percentage.

My squad is fine. Only wish - That HQ would be made from rubber to fit all that wants to join [/joke]
However we can`t say no for donations for in-ANBU Contests thou. We really love ryo
