Anbu Quota

If the anbu quota is really that bad I can lower it, since so many people are complaining...I only have one thing to ask, if your going to complain about the quota do have some kills. If you don't have at least 50 that day im going to ignore that and keep drinking my tea, if you raid at night or really early then its alright. Dicuss o.o

I think that to beging with the idea of having an ANBU squad of only 1 member and if he pass another ANBU squad that should be deleted.. is enough it is a good Idea (really good one), but trying to get a quota make the people to not like being "workers" or "slaves" or something like that..

I have read about the probles that shinies complain about.. and if Ryuzaki has strong personality, he will understand and continue being a Kage with out problems.. and if the problem is based on ANBU squad quota, he will find the way to slove it, i suggest to remove the quota but the fact that the lonely-man ANBU squad should remain..

i think shine needs to pay raiders from other villages to raid for them cuz almost no one from shine raids...lolz
