Weekly ANBU updates

Well I suggested it in my kage orders, but I figure I'll post the weekly update of ANBU results here for all to see...

Rivaled Fate Ninja
Dragon Kings

For being in last place last week and not getting out of their slump, Killers & Fan's Club were removed... ;_;
This however does free up about 10 former ANBU members that other ANBU's can now pick up..

Its fixed now o.O if you do need help with tables, I can do it, or ryuzaki can, he's better than me with that stuff.

ANBU SECTION

ANBU QUOTA (Agreed Mutually): 150 Kills per day.
ANBU's failing to meet this Quota will be warned, and given an extra day to meet the 150 kill quota. If it has not been reached, the ANBU will be deleted. This is FINAL.

if you really do this there wont be as good as no anbu left.... ( i know im exaggerating )

everyone in shine knows about our anbu problems in here...
there are barely ppl that want to join ANBU cause they either think they are too weak (though they are like 5 mill jounin) or they really are too weak to actually raid...
anbus are either empty... or still full with useless ppl ( aka once thought they would like to get into an anbu and raid but in the end stopped and do nothing at all)

and i dont believe this quote will motivate ppl enough to go raid... i think it might even scare ppl away...

Its better than doing nothing week after week while some anbu's get tons of kills and other get none.

and i would say 150 is too much anyway... 100... maybe

i know my squad sucks... and im not better ... ö.ö;

ive decided already before ive seen those orders that i want leave shine and do missions and getting konokis village jutsu

so... i need someone to take the ANBU...

i still just wonder why you wanted a new anbu instead of taking mine ryuku... since i already offered a long time ago everyone to take it

Im going to agree with you there. 100 sounds good to me actually, but here's the thing...if someone with 386 battle wins is going to start whining that its too high im going to ignore it. Especially when some anbu's yesterday got 0 kills, how the heck does it make any sense to be angry at the quota of your not even getting a tenth of what it is? Thats like if a teacher says you have to get at least a 90% to pass the class, and people complain that its too high but get a 30%...

Bottom line, before we even think about lowering the quota...which i wouldn't mind at all, the anbu's have to start getting some kills.

you know im not talking for myself...
i know im not raiding as well... just defending when ever i can... and i just recently managed to get a few members at all... and they arent good ones... sadly
and i already a long time ago told that someone should take it over so he might manage to get it started....
i actually told shady and she knew it as well... not to create new anbus.. since the other ones are empty... and if someone wants to lead one... she should send the to me.. and ill give it to them
+ i like the name (translation: brilliance of shine)

but look at shadys chart up there...
there would like 10 anbus fail at completing the quota...
thats just bad!!...
they couldnt get enough points... but at least they got some... ö.ö;

kazeouji aikira, hes pushing the anbu's to hard...so they are leaving.....its like a slow poison.....most are giving up......im not, im gonna try and do what i can to keep us alive

any anbu that doesnt get 150 kills in one day gets a warning....two days in a row....they are destroyed

me and fallen are the only ones not warned yesterday

and i only got a 5 man squad...im having to kill alot, got 84 yesterday

I got over 150 the past two days alone x.x it isn't hard, or anything legendary...im not telling anybody to get 150, if we could lower the quota to 100, I STILL think they wouldn't meet it, but we could try .-.

i asked the kage this

ive been trying to talk other kage's into it but they wont

give me a chance at trying a anbu of my own, please

i know i can do it....i can motivate through ryo and create an anbu chatzy.....got lots of ideas....

i promise i can tripple the lowest anbu's score in one week

So much for that.

Basically, ryuzaki has great idea's and wants to help to get the other anbu's raiding, but everybody hates him on account of hating every non shiney, and yes its because of that, where's my proof? Homie, madara, iffy, ricardo...iffy sorta had a bad rep o.O but you get the point. So if shadow wont be kage who else would you want?

Well.. the problem I see, is like we say...

"He let it go complety in!, he should have made it softer befor that"
(lol if you understand)

so..The idea of the lonel ANBU squad is the best.. he should reduce the quota or there should be no quota for 2 weeks, then, he can increes that.. or beging with a low quota and week after week incressing it
