How to play, well it start whit a wish, then the next one f*ck your wish (with intelligence) and makes his wish.
example:

A - I wish a red car.
B - you get your car, but crash it and painted in red with your blood. I wish a house.
C - Doroty's House fall over you (like in Wizard of Oz), I wish....

and so.....

then... I will start....
