New Battle Formula
So, it finally happened. A new battle formula has been implemented. I'd like to thank TD and especially Chipotle for engineering and testing of the new formula. Basically, the new formula relies less on generals and more on defense/offense.

Following the new system, several things are subject to change, including bloodlines, jutsus and items. These will be updated/changed in the near future.

I hope everyone will be satisfied with the new battle formula - even though you may need to re-train your characters. In any case, please don't whine about the new system. Constructive critisism is of course accepted, but make sure it's constructive.

Edit: One of the main issues we are concerned about would be damage values in battles with Genin and Academy Students. If you guys especially could comment on the formula and your damage it would be very appreciated.

anyone already experienced some drastic changes???

mmmhm... read a bit in TNF....
through this new means... the battles should last longer now....
end 1-hit battles...

therefore now ppl complain that the 1:30 min waiting between the rounds would be too long... and want them to shorten the time...
as battle holders would now be even more annoying.....

I personally like it, even though my damage sucks(which dosn't matter lol) this formula is more balanced, relies on offense/defense and generals now.

i dont like the the reduction of the round times...
it was 1:30 before... and now only 0:30...
why not meet in the middle and make 1:00 min

when i got attacked...
i mostly check out my opponents profile... his exp and stuff... a bit calculation my chances ....
sometimes it happens that while in battle i log out.... or im laggy (recently i experience it a lot more)
so 30 sec wouldnt be enough

In 30 seconds, it is easily possibly to check your opponents exp, profile, bl ect..log back in if you are logged out, and then still have 10 seconds to spare.

or you know sometimes there occures an error on the log in... terr even implemented a new message to when it fails... that the text generated was old... or something
its just way too less... 45sec would be better... but not 30 >.>
