where wind is weaker against fire... so the wind user isnt much able to use wind attacks against fire attacks..

I don't think this needs to be written in anywhere, because there is a thing called common sense. But I don't really see how wind would be weak against fire. There has been wind-fire combo jutsus in Naruto and wind can blow away fire, if it's just strong enough...

Also it really isn't that one element is weak against the other one... It's more like a jutsu doesn't work that well against some other jutsu. It might be of the opposing element or it might not be.

well.. in naruto they say wind is weaker agaist fire in that sense that wind would let the fire even more burn

fire > wind > lightning > earth > water > fire

How can wind be strong against lightning and lightning strong against earth? It just doesn't sound logical even if it's like that in the naruto series... And in reality elements there don't even matter that much.
