kiri the red blood cells move all that stuff in the vains and because the concentration of all those things is higher in the red blood cells it flows out and then into the muscle cells

and thats what tenrais ability slows down
his ability slows down the blood flow along with the blood cells...
so the oxygen and whatever cant be transported anymore

thing is that stuff is plasma and kiri thats what i said he needs to do...not slow down the blood cuz that wont have any real affect....

blood consists of plasma and blood cells and whatever else...
thats what is usually meant by blood... >.>
