ive been watching the activity in the Tavern on TNR and blood_puppet dosent seem to be wanting to help shine prosper by being Kage... he seems to me as if hes just playing with it and not letting the serious users taking it by teasing them by relinquishing his title and then taking it back... i was a bit frustrated by it earlier but now i dont know how i should feel...
