its not my fault...
i heard that there are some problems if you try to upload it from a sub folder...
... move the avi somewhere else and try again...
maybe try to upload other pics ... if they work... move the avi to those that work...

yes the first time it said trhe file uplaoded i wen tot see if it did i saw the old image i went and uploaded file again said it couldnt find the file and i did that a couple times so i wentt abck to profile and hit contol f5
