Its going down for the event Kiri o-o Maybe they'll continue it (And stop the regen decrease) Soon o.o After the MPvP system x.x

the regen decrease is not due to event...
rather of trying to balance village regen out... as well as letting no one reach the caps...
as ppl always would need to keep up their regen....

at first i had 126.9
then my 1st post: 101.52
then again 126.9

but forget it...
found out already what was the reason
when i had that low amount of regen...
i was doing surgery XD

if only our kage was interested in keeping our village prosperous... and with surgery i bet it would have been scary how much % is your surgery cost?

lol o_o When I was in Shroud, my 300 (Almost) regen got cut to 230 when I did surgery Dx

230 is a good bit more than others could dream of getting though xD You'll survive

then do surgery when youre about to leave ... like going to sleep

yeah tht is what I do. leave my regen alone while training and when I am logging off, then put in for my special jutsu upgrade and my surgery and then when I log back both of them are done and I train some more with full regen

Raid a lot and you`ll won`t need to be afraid of surgery. My PvP gives me as much regen as surgery cuts and that`s only on 240 PvP

Compared that some month ago one must had 600+ PvP to get such a boost that`s - ONLY 240

well I am a genin so such a thing to me is impossible XD

Plus, new battle formula = harder PvP points

just increase ur gens and cap ur hp
im doing gen training until i cap my hp
I attacked the player that 1-3 mil. exp difference frm me
that's easy 3PvP per battle

I found out this way just recently and trying it out myself
