First of all here is a walkthrough of how to fill out the RPG stats, there already is one but this one explains every aspect of all of them.
Image management: Here you can put an image of how your character is suppose to look, here is a good place to create a character - http://tektek.org/avatar/21413020
Just click edit avatar, or create new.
Experience: This will be set to 0 once your profile is accepted, this shows the amount of experience you need to move up a rank, spars, missions, and training along with other things will all give you exp, each time you rank up the exp you need to rank up will go up.

Jutsu Speciality: What you specialize in, ninjutsu, genjutsu, or taijutsu, you will still be able to use all three if you choose one.
Jutsu: What jutsu you know, you start out with the following: Clone, transformation, and replacement.
You will be able to create your own jutsu, but they have to be accepted each time you add a new one, or ones.

Rank: All start as AS, you will RP to gain higher ranks and mods/admins can change your rank.
Gender: Male or female
Village: Moon, crystal, sun, Ice, sky kingdom, or rogue. Rogue can be accessed at chuunin, and sky kingdom can be accessed at chuunin. A mod/admin will change your village once you choose it.
Bloodline: You'll roll for this, check this thread: Link
Element: Mfake your choice based on the elements given.
Personality: Simply write your characters personality in the post you make asking for your character to be accepted, as their isn't a field for it.
History/Bio: Same as personality.
Summonings: Available at genin, you can fill it out then. You are allowed to create your own, just fill out the following, you will also have to format the jutsu that these summonings have, and a level 2 summoning or under cannot have any attacks. The maximum 3-5 can have is 5 attacks/jutsu.(for the RPG stat profile summoning part, just list the name of it)
Black Note-How many missions of each rank you've done, admins can edit that in.
To take a mission:
Missions will be posted as topics in their the mission desk forums, they will either say available, complete, failed, or taken along with the title. In the topics, you can claim a mission and then make a topic wherever it requires you to, then wait for someone to mod it.
Template for a summoning:
Height: Obvious, be reasonable.
Weight: Obvious, be reasonable.
Age: Be reasonable this will raise over time, average age for AS: 8-13
Clan: Jounins can create clans, and genin can join..this will progress over time.
Once you have filled out your RPG stats, create a thread in the character creation forum also including which village you want to join/your summoning/repost your jutsu's in the thread and anything else. Then you can roll for your bloodline in the sage's hut topic. It takes two mods, or one admin to approve a profile.

AS - Can only use E-rank jutsu, and have a jutsu cap of 5.(3 basic ones don't count)
Genin - Can use E & D rank jutsu, along with being able to use two C rank jutsu. Jutsu cap is 12.
Chuunin - Can use E-C, along with 3 B-Ranked jutsu. Jutsu cap is 25.
S-Jounin - Can use E-C, along with 5 B-Ranked jutsu. Jutsu cap is 30.
Jounin - Can use E-B, along with 5 A-ranked jutsu. Jutsu cap is 45.
Anbu - Same as Jounin.
Sannin - Can use E-A, along with 3 S-ranked. Jutsu cap is 60.
Kage - Can use E-S. Jutsu cap is 80.

Ryu, you said that somebdy's age will grow in time. Does that mean that in some point in time, every character will die? Moreover, shouldn't the elements be like the ones in "Naruto"? The basic five (Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lighting) along with the Light and Shadow Element and the others be fusions of the basic five given to the ones who have the required bloodline? For example a user has originally Wind Element, but his bloodline gives him the ability to have water affinity too and create ice then. Just a suggestion ^.^

^_^ There is a Little Problem with that Thought, Evenyone sees the two combinde Elements Diffrently, Exsamply, Like Poision is a Combantion of Water and Earth, While this the Combantion For Wood as well, if the Diffrence was not stated, then it could lead to counfutuion on Who can do what ect, thought if you have your Own Element Submission, feel free to do so, and we'll take a look at it. Just make sure it is not to close to one that is already there (like Magma and Fire, or Venom and Poison).
^_^ that I am a little counfused on my self, Ryuku will have to tell us, but my guess is it will age as they Ranks up, and I don't think we're gona have anyone Dieing (mabye).Ryu, you said that somebdy's age will grow in time. Does that mean that in some point in time, every character will die?

i think what it meant that a character... gets older... ... with time and the rank they have...
fr example... AS might be 8 years.. to 10 years...
genin older... etc... maybe being kage at an age of ... lets say 50?
the charecters progressing with the experience they have... but at some point... they dont become older anymore... at the point of the requirement to become the highest rank available... with their exp...
you sure can controle ourself how fast or slow your character becomes older....
or if you want you can make your char a gramp...
fr example... AS might be 8 years.. to 10 years...

btw... i just noticed that the starting jutsu... clone, transformation and replacement jutsu... are there stated as ninjutsu...
but they actually are genjutsu as they all are creating illusions...

Replacement is no genjutsu for sure. Clone must be and I think Transformation and Replacement are ninjutsu, I 'm not sure about Replacement though.

transformation is genjutsu... as your appearance is an illusion...
replacement too... you change a random thing with your position and let it have the appearance of yourself... so the opponent had the illusion of attacking you instead of the thing you replaced yourself ... so you can attack the opponent in surprise

Transformation is not a genjutsu... your appearance changes with the use of chakra... replacement also isn't one as no illusion exists there but only a quick escape

wtf... transformation IS a genjustu... the appearance is just an Illusion
and sure genjutsu uses chakra too
and in replacement the thing (some tree thingy or whatever) you replace yourself with... takes the shape of yourself

Don't be fooled by TNR having all three as ninjutsu, transformation and clone(not shadow clone) are both genjutsu for sure. As for replacement...im not sure, im not sure if the user replaces themself with an object right before they are hit, or well before it...and are hiding.

yep... in c1 they were listed all three in genjutsu...
but for c2 they moved them to ninjutsu because of the noobs not being able to find them right away...
yes the replacement jutsu... the user replaces himself with an object before getting hit... he lets this object having the appearance of himself to distract the opponent so he might be able to attack like from behind the opponent being stunned by surprise as he hasnt really attacked the user...
maybe gotta watch the first eps of naruto again... where they are explaining the jutsus

cause in naruto they come before jounin too...
s-jounin ... arent real jounin yet...
they still kinda have chuunin rank...
but because of some special ability or skill... they got the title s-jounin...
like hibiki (?) the guy at the chuunin exam who was in charge for the written test at the very beginning...
he is an information gathering specialist... so he got the rank s-jounin
