i hate drinving i only do it because i have to, every now and then i get my friends to drive e around in my cars lol

i own a 1999 model NL50 Corsa that has been lowered with a few modifications like rims and sound system, it did have a body kit but every time my mate took me out in it he was too careless and i had to take it off so it looks standard except for being lowered.

i was given a 1980 Porsche 911 SC its a 5 Speed manual transaxle
and i barely use it, maybe twice a month ill go out and about in it but because i dont like driving i barely use it.
not many modifications to it except for the rims (cant remember what size they are and yeah i keep it at my dads garage in the city so i can use it to cruise around the city and to the beach thats close by but still i dont like using it because it guzzles too much gas >.<

i would prefer something not as noticeable because police like to stop me if im going 50k in a 50k area because its loud (i think there is a hole in the exhaust lol) but either way they let me off with a friendly get it fixed warning lol.
i started driving as soon as i was able to get a licence and that was 15 for learners permit (means you must drive with someone that has a full license) and then a restricted licence (meaning i can drive alone between 7am and 10pm) and then 2 years later a full license. yipee...

in New Zealand the minimum age for driving is 15, at 15 you can get a learners permit but with a learners permit you must have someone in the car with a full drivers license and then when you have accumulated around 200 hours of driving experience you can apply for a restricted drivers permit wich allows you to drive alone between the hours of 7am and 10pm you cant have anybody in the car that dosent have a license and full license you can do anything lol.

Ryo when i was 15 and got my first car it was up to me to get my own insurance for it so my parents insurance isnt effected by me having a car.

*Headdesks Tori for trying to be a psychic* lol do you really!!

thats unfortunate Kana maybe it would be time for you to work part time (maybe not something that will take up alot of your time but something thats easy to do on weekends maybe) and in doing this you can generally save up for a car of your own ^^ you can look on automotive websites or in the classifieds for a cheap deal either way after 6 months you will be driving around instead of taking public transportation all the time ^___^

^_^ nope, I'm just in the same boat, they think you give a 17 a car and they'll crash the next day (though with me that might be the case).

yeah i havent seen many accidents with the younger generation of drivers really its all the old gandpas and grandmas that are causing the accidents.
grandpa excuse: its not my fault the light was orange when i stopped at the green light >.<
gandma excuse: my little pupp was tired so i had to put im to sleep in my lap -.-

i hear them all the time especially when they crash into me, grandpa: you were moving to slow >.< ( i was going 60k in a 50k limit area)
grandma: i was waiting for cicada to get off my windscreen wipers before i turn
im just a little frustraited and annoyed but my main concern is that they are ok and are still breathing when i go to check on them -.-

Meh,I only use my car to get to classes and work, and to go to my river lot. Many of my friends have boats and water property, so I just boat to their places in the summer.

I didn't bother getting my permit when I was 15, I didn't need one. I finally got it when I was going to college, and as of now I either drive a '96 Cavalier or my father's Astro Van. xD Classy

The Cav is kind of the family car, my brother and I both helped pay for it so we try to alternate when possible.

And my father works 12 hour shifts, so I certainly don't have full access to it xD Just whenever he's not working

lol made a typo... i meant to say that i am only able to drive... when he is at home... since we have only 1 car that he needs to drive to work =P

well.. i can direct through my town... which isnt the biggest (~30k pop)
and some other places... where i have been already many times at... and at least half way know where it is....
or someone next to me knows... and can direct me...
but i cant even drive to the shopping No 1 destination in my region... since the town is so big and ... its really old... (my town is already over 1200 years ols... and this one even older) so streets might be confusing... x.x

why do you think this MX5 is too much for me?? ö_Ö

my fathers car is a VW passat

i'll exchange the MX5 for the porsche ö.ö;

and well... the thing what was between the lines was that he was talking about a future together >///<

i then asked him what kind of cars those were... both are only for 2 persons?
i then asked him what he would think about a mini-van x///x
