that would mean that someone who ants a custom BL would need 2000 points as he first would need to remove his old BL...
anyway... i wouldnt make it that expensive....
ppl should be able to try for a new one... and if they are unlucky... they roll a worse one they had before..... or none...
i'd say... not more than 200 points

If we let people make their own bloodlines. They might achieve some H-ranked super BL.
That's a really bad idea.
You should just let people submit their BL ideas and mabye accept them.
Then stick with the artifacts.

im talking about the BL remover stone costing not more than 200 points... not the custom BL
the custom BL should be 1000 or even 1500....

but yeah... NR already said it...
ppl are allowed to submit their BLs.... and with the BL remover stone would be able to roll multiple times and if they are lucky they get their BL.... or if they are unlucky... get a bad one or none...
also the custom BL should be controlled by us staff too... so noone makes an ubber ubber BL that pawns everybody...

No...im not going to let anyone roll more than once, they can either buy a stone to remove their bloodline, or buy a ranked stone. As for the custom bl's, they will have to be accepted first.

thats what im talking about... they buya stone to remove their BL...
but i thought they might be able to roll for a new BL if they removed their BL...
but maybe with some decreased chance of rolling... like... now they roll 13 dices... and after the removal.. only 12... as the chance gets decreased...
or buy a ranked item...

Ya, if you just want to suggjest a Bloodline you'll need to use the suggjestion Bourd, a Custion Bloodline is one no one else is gona have, (thouht it's gona be alot weaker thn a Z rank. They will be mostly A rank, S rank would be pushing it, Unless you put alot of work into it)
