I just relized something why are TS, BM, SoI, and MfS all diffrent prices when they are all powerful Forrbin SJ Jutsu? Rarity?

Precisely, BM's and TS's came out much earlier and can easily be obtained, SoI's are also pretty easy to get, MFS isn't hard to get it, but its hardest of all four.

Is the RP going the be based on Shine village? The reason I ask is becauseI was wondering about the bloodline stone, is that in-game or only on-site?

i would guess the chart already tells you what this is for...
