got ya, are we gona follow the same pattern as TNR (more low level, less High level) Or are the Numbers gona be balanced out?

O_O Those that Already Have them, are we gona Keep our BLs and is it only goning into Effect For new Charaters right? (I'll definitely gona make a new one thought)? Because mines is already far into a Story. Kind of ruin it.

The "other roleplaying" will be kept seperate, but this will take over the normal RPing. Villages are up for changes, but I really liked them o.O I mean...you can have a different element than your village, I could actually just make a choice list for elements.

I will add stamina, and more bloodlines. Also I take it back, the limit will now be 30 bloodlines per rank...which we will not probably reach lol but its a cap.

Though I need some help on this one, how are we suppose to use the bars of 100 stamina, health and chakra in RPing? What I had in mind was having them all start as an AS then later on they train and get more chakra/stamina/health and in battles, each jutsu takes up a certain amount of their chakra/stamina, and as for dealing damage after both users make a move for example in an RP fight, a mod would have to post saying that they edited the users chakra/stamina/health according to the posts.

I could come up with some Fourmal for it, will take a bit of time though, and will have to wait to for everything to start before I start.

The Jutsu works sort of like a overload, once the User touches the target, the two are linked together by near invisible Light based Chakra threads, the Jutsu is then triggered by flow of Chakra of the Target, when the Target Actives there Jutsu, the user synchronizes his Chakra with the Target sending a large amount of Chakra and overloading the Senses and draining the mind and body of strength *Just like if you were to send a electric pulse trough a working electronic*.

Jutsu 3: Hi Shuuha Jutsu: Light Wave

Type: Defensive Ninjutsu
Description: Due to Light Chakra's unstable nature, it tends to build up in the users body, and once in a blue moon, when it reaches critical levels, the user is able to expel it in a powerful outward burst of chakra, repelling anything in a 5 meter area. *think 64 Palm Rotation*
Appearance: The User Starts to glow with a pale light, as surrounding light starts to be pulled into him, after a few seconds the light burns Brightly then bursts forth, repelling oncoming attacks.

the fact that it has so many jutsu types ... is not good...
stick to 1 or 2 ... maybe a bit of a third one ... i say a bit!
but stay realistic

Lol I just Copyed all the Light Element jutsu from the Profile, But your Right, I'll take out the Summoning and the 1000 Strikes, thoughs are my signuture Jutsu

The "light speed taijutsu" is More of a Fighting Style than a Jutsu, Like Soft fist or Heavy Fist, The 1000-Strikes is a Jutsu My Character Creataed, thus unlikely to be use by anyone else, if they want to Desine a Jutsu useing it they could.

Ash is just related to the Bloodline, It's Fire/Earth, just easyer to Write Ash than that.

All need more description, especially the second. I might add the second and first, but the third is implied in the bloodline...and ash is not an element lol
