NOTE: THIS IS A SECONDARY CHARACTER FOR NOW, AND IS ONLY HERE FOR THE PROGRESSTION OF THE STORY. I’LL BE WORKING ON IT LITTLE BY LITTLE AS HE ARREARS IN THE STORY, WHEN ANYONE CHOSES TO MAKE A KAGE FOR THE LAND OF CRYSTAL, THIS CHARACTER WILL PASS OVER THE TITLE.

Family: The Kouseki clan has ruled the Land of Crystal for hundreds of Years, there Blood feud with the Land of Moonlight Stretches back from the beginning.

Bloodline: Bonds of Earth,This cannot be called a True Bloodline. This is an extremely rare type of Bloodline, in that it is not Passed down by Blood, but from the very Earth to the Leader of the Land of Crystal. The Eksikage can bend the very earth beneath the enemy’s feet to his will, but its power can only be used in the land of Crystal. Outside the land, The Eksikage is a Master of Earth and Lighting based Jutsu.

Personality: with Cold eyes and an Iron fist, he Rule over his Village, but with a Warm heart he protects the People. His Motto is “Power makes great Men, but Discipline over power makes Legendary Men"

Jutsus:
Jutsu 1: Black Crystal Activation
Element: Earth
Type: Ritual/Ninjutsu
Description: A Ninjutsu passed down from Kage to Kage. In order to draw out the vast amounts of energy trapped in the Black crystals, they must first be shaped and Tempered in the Earth by one with the “Bonds of Earth” bloodline.
Appearance: The User places a black Crystal in a Ninjutsu circle. When the Jutsu is activated, the circle and crystal pulse with a low, black light. As the ground ripples and waves, the Crystal Sinks beneath the surface, after a few seconds the circle Burns with a huge, black light as the air around vibrates. Then it all stops suddenly, and the Crystal rises up, now shaped into a cube with a white light in the center, pulsating with a black light.

Jutsu 2: Black Lightning:
Element: Lightning
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: A Master level Ninjutsu that fuses the elements of Earth and Lightning, anything that is hit turns to stone.
Appearance: The User makes five hand signs and points at the Target, as a massive Blot of Black Lightning Jumps from the User and Strikes the Target.

Jutsu 3: Dirge of the Fallen
Element: Earth
Type: Genjutsu
Description: A Master Level Genjutsu that uses the different types of metal in the surrounding area. useing them, the user plays a song that causes the target to lose his mind.
Appearance: The User makes five Hand signs, concentrating his Chakra in his Palm, then slams in into the Ground, sending out a Shockwave, as a haunting Melody Fills the air, the Target is Haunted by all of those that they have killed until the go insane.

Jutsu 4: Hand of God
Element: Earth
Type: Taijutsu
Description: God’s covers those that he Loves with his Hand, and strikes those that go again them. A Master level Taijutsu, the User consternates Chakra into his Hands, lower arms, and legs, Giving him Huge amounts of Power, a master at this Jutsu can lift several tons without a Problem, though the strain on the body is great and this jutsu should not be used consecutively
Appearance: The User makes five hand signs as chakra begins to build in the user’s lower arms and hands, and the legs, allowing the user to tap into great strength.

Jutsu 5: Arm of God
Element: Earth
Type: Taijutsu
Discretion: Those struck by God never stand again. The ultimate Taijutsu, The User Consecrates all of his Charka in his Upper body, arms and shoulders, Those that have mastered this Jutsu are said to be able to topple mountains and flatten hills, but the Strain on the body is so great that if it is use more than 4 times in the users life they will die. Risshuu has already used it once
Appearance: The User makes five hand signs as chakra begins to build in the user’s Upper body, arms and Shoulder’s, then strikes with his lower arm.
