I've come to start this topic to get to know how Shine works, would like to work, and what we can do to improve it.

I'm giving quotas and a few rules but thats about it. A few people complained about the quotas for their ANBU's we talked and we reached a agreement. Things went nice and smooth and I would like for that to happen with y'all. If you have a question or concern please let me know asap.

I would also like to start a forum for the Hall Of Fame. This is where I will post all those that want to be in the Hall Of Fame, with their reasons, then I will give my personal opinion, you'll give your personal opinion and finally we'll decide who gets what.

I just need to know where I can start the above. xD

im already under suspense to see who will be in the hall of fame =3
maybe i can occupy a place in there too x3

maybe read the the threads about when ryuzaki was still kage and put up the quota...

Some were saying their quotas were to high for them to complete do to the fact that they had inactive members. So what I did was asked them to remove those members and gave a new quota and they were happy with the results. Accept for one person who got mad cause he had to get 75 daily kills and he said his ANBU wasn't doing it. >__> So I told him to move to a ANBU with less kills to do or talk to his ANBU. He got mad and started talking crap about why he wants to leave and then I basically suck that this.

I already have 2 people and a ANBU under the Hall Of Fame (I update the HiKage order almost 2-3times a day. xD) but if you would like to be added, I just need to know why I should add you and then get the opinion of Shine. That is why I would like to start such a thread and just need to know where.

I would like to see how my quotas work first since I'm not asking much.

lol first when i read about the quota... i thought like meeeh... this anbu is half empty and the rest is inactive XD... then i went to look... and it was full >.< lol

never moved away from shine since i was in C1 ö.ö;
is that worth enough?

god knows she is one of the few ppl who SHOUKD be in the hall of fame.

hmmm that does sound like a Hall Of Fame, give me a day or 2 to see what Shine says and die30 would also like to get added for getting Shine 2 reg points by himself.

Next week I know im going to be kicking many people out x.x Hard to come by good raiders these days, but so far things are going smoothly, as for the hall of fame, i'll be done in a minute or so.

If y'all kick people out of the ANBU let me know so I can change your quota and I would prefer you kick them out asap so it doesn't affect the ANBU clean up, I'm going to be doing in that week.

I would suggest you put up the current village to move to at first for beginning chuunins to get stronger before they start raiding and I would suggest you sort of remove the point about ranking up at genin and suggest that they at least attend to making sure their generals are strong and there offense and defense are at least cap before they rank up.

No, if you read my Genin post, you can clearly see that it only makes you weaker. That would only make Shine harder to raise.

I don't want to post anything in the HiKage order about moving to current cause I don't want current killing our weak villagers when they try to join, only giving them VF. Plus most new chuunin refuse to move with out a mass move or a very good reason.

Hikage you know some genins and academy students log in for chatting in the taverns we actually baby sitting them lol... pls change my anbu orders that ryo is for contest only ^_^

ive read the orders for genin... the pool cap is 1000 ... not 200 >.>
200 is the generals cap
