Gate Of Babylon.
This bloodline gives the user a special eye technique called the Gate of Babylon that gives great genjutsu abilities, this bloodline has 3 stages.

Personality:
Philip is an artist in soul and loves to paint(ever since he was a young boy), he is also a strong Igo player but he always loses to his son which is an amazing player. the thing Philip loves the most is to be around his wife and children and all he wants is to keep them safe.he is normally very calm and collective and not a lot of things can Aggravate him.

he has blue bright blue eyes and a small scar on his upper lip(that happened after he fell when playing with his brother)he has a silver like white hair and he is very fir cuz he trains in taijutsu and with weapons all the time.
he wears a bkue outfit consisting of a vest and an undershirt with a long blue leather coat.
Also Griffith has a pocket on his right leg with 5 kunai,3 shurikan and 3 smoke bombs(left leg is the same).
Philip has a katana on his left side.
Inside each his sleeves he has one mechanism that shoots a long chain(also this has a button that when pressed slides 3 baldes on each palm like Wolverine in the X-men).

The past:
Philip’s father was a strong genjutsu user ninja and was respected as one of the best genjutsu users of all time.
Philip’s father got married and he had two sons, twins Philip and his brother Eli.
When Philip and Eli were young kids they excelled in genjutsu just like their father, they loved playing pranks on people using genjutsus (simple once).
They both graduated from the academy the same time and went to different teams; they also became chunin and jounin at the same time.
As the years past by they competed in almost everything and had almost the same result all the time but the one thing they were most competitive about is the heart of a young girl called Tsubaki.
Tsubaki eventually chose Philip over Eli and Eli’s heart was shatterd.eli resented Philip for “stealing his hearts desire” and left the village and became an outlaw.
Philip eventually married tsubaki and had 2 wonderful kids but he keeps looking for his brother till this day.


Strengths and weaknesses: Philip’s bloodline makes him a somewhat weak ninjutsu user so he makes up for that in high level taijutsu and weapon skills.
also when he activates his bloodline he is very resistant to genjutsu and at the 3rd stage he is almost Totally immune to genjutsu attacks(when he activates his bloodline at the last 2 stages he looses more and more stamina but the 3rd stage is the only one that really takes a tole from him).
from the 2nd stage of the bloodline the user starts to feel shooting pain all over his body that is stronger after each time a genjutsu is used.

Jutsus:
1.1st gate of Babylon-the user locks his eyes with his opponents and his opponent starts to slow down and have slow movements(the effect wears off when the opponent is hit) .
2.2nd gate of Babylon-the user the user’s eyes become a white blue and when he locks eyes with his opponent his opponent enters into his genjutsu.
The opponent is locked in a tower and the walls start closing in very slowly.
This happens a lot of times making the opponent die and relive this nightmare for what seems to be a week.
3.3rd gate of Babylon-the user eyes become completely white when and when his eyes lock to his opponents eyes the opponent is trapped in his strongest genjutsu.
The opponent stands in front of a huge gate made of skulls and suddenly the gate opens and the opponent is sucked inside where he is tortured in all the 7 levels of hell(each stage feeling like a week and each stage is worse ending with the last where the opponent is eaten by a HUGE beast over and over again).
This genjutsu takes a lot of chakra and the user barley has stamina at the end of it.
4.Magic sword genjutsu-Philip moves chakra to his katana and starts to rotate it fast forming a genjutsu.
when The opponent looks at the rotating blade he thinks that a thousand blades pierce him.
5. Babylon Nightmare- Must be in at least stage two of the Babylon bloodline to use this. The user enters into the genjutsu he created and can make the physical pain real.
The user makes a genjutsu that makes the opponent feel as if his flesh it ripped puce by piece and after that the same with the muscles.
6. Babylon Nekode- Using genjutsu these small claws appear invisible and though they aren't that deadly they can injure an opponent(must be at 1st stage of the bloodline).
7. Babylon Chain- With this genjutsu the user attempts to throw chains and catch the enemy with them and if successful he can use genjutsu to make them appear as huge snakes strangle the opponent.
8. Babylon Wind- the user’s eyes glow white and a huge flame comes from behind the user in a huge gust of wind and burns the opponent(must be at 1st stage of the bloodline).
9.Blade burst-the user swings his sword and 20 blades that look like huge needles come flying out of the blade towards the opponent.
10.forest of blades-the user stabs the ground with his katana and tens of huge blades come from the earth to pierce his opponent.
11.death scythe-the user transforms his katana into a scythe made of chakra that increases his speed and power, this lasts for 10 turns.
12.metal protection-the user makes his katana into a wall that stops attacks(this can stop all attacks to some extent meaning low to medium lv jutsus and with higher jutsus it will break).
13.shadow clone, transformation, replacement.

Also make a better weakness.. seeing that this bloodline is pretty strong. (Even mangekyo sharingan made the user loose his eyesight eventually)

11.death scythe - still how does a scythe increase speed and power? Well maybe power of the swing... But speed? And I'm thinking about speed in general.

About babylon wind... Is it a genjutsu or ninjutsu? It says that your character is poor in ninjutsu.

Appearance... You only added like one sentence and still it doesn't explain what he's wearing etc...

eyes CAN in fact bleed and the scythe will only make the attck stronger ok.
and after the 3rd stage im not dead im just very weak so will the opponent (he might even be dead).
babylon wind is genjutsu and you can tell cuz of the part where i say "the users eyes glow"and my bl is a eye genjutsu one....

(must be at 1st stage of the bloodline)

Ehm.. Actually it's not the eyes that are bleeding :p Haven't you ever heard the saying: "I'll stab your eyes until you bleed"?

And no it didn't tip me off because I thought of mangekyo sharingan... it can shoot black flames... and that's not a genjutsu...

well eyes do have veins so i think they can bleed....maybe you don't understand or remember saying?
