Bloodline: Fusion - Allows him to combine his two elements, fire and lightning, to make a new one, plasma. In order for it to work, he must be standing still, and the combination must be done outside the body where it is visible. Plasma chakra is a visible form of chakra, and is very hard to control. It is a green substance that kinda moves and looks like lava.

Personality: He is an abnormally happy person. He does not let anything get to him or slow him down. It’s actually hard for him to get angry at people. He prefers to fight alone, but teams up when asked to. He is also really quiet, usually only speaks when spoken to. Though, often he wants to say something...he usually just stays quiet and watches instead of taking part in conversations.
A major problem for him is that he rarely if ever kills his enemies. He tries to walk in his enemies shoes, so to speak, to see things from their point of veiw to try and understand why they are doing what they are doing. If a mission dictates for an enemy to be killed, he often thinks up a plan that doesnt involve him with the actual killing, but the set up and such. Though when nessesary, he can muster up the willpower to do what must be done.

Appearance: Wares dark blue pants, brown boots, black vest, dark red undershirt, and leather gauntlets. On his back he has a ninjaken. And he has kunai hidden in his sleeves and boots. His face has a scare running up the left side of his face, which is about an inch away from his eye. He has red eyes, medium sized white hair, small nose, small ears, and a medium size mouth.


The past: He was born in an orphanage. His mother, after draging herself to the orphanage to have the baby, died in childbirth, and his father had fled the country a week before his birth. Because of this he grew up without parents or a last name. He was constantly picked on. But instead of getting mad at his misfortune, he laughed at it. He learned to laugh at himself so that when people picked on him he could laugh along with them. But on the inside he ached. Because of that, he made a promise to himself that if he saw anyone in need of help, he would do all he could to do so.

Strengths and weaknesses: His strengths are that he can stay very calm in battle and can think clearly. It is hard to frighten him with threats. His weaknesses are that it’s hard for him to get mad at his enemy, so he often can’t use all his power to fight. His main fighting style is ninjutsu, though he has a little bit of skill in genjutsu and taijutsu.

Jutsus:
Lightning Style: Thunder Thread Jutsu - The user throws an object, such as a kunai or shuriken, after connecting a chakra string to the object. If the enemy blocks, comes into contact, or get into contact with the object, the user then connects the chakra string to that person. Then, the user can send electric currents through the cord.

Fire Style: Racing Fire Jutsu - This jutsu is an extension of the Thunder Thread jutsu. Once the user has the opponent stunned, the user splits the chakra cord and has the free chakra cord wrap around the opponent. Then the user sets the chakra cord on fire with his chakra which in turn burns the opponent.

Ninja Art: Chakra Solidify Jutsu- The user can make chakra harden and become visible. The ninja can use this jutsu many different ways. So far he is only able to solidify small cords of chakra.

Fire Style: Fire Storm Jutsu - The user creats a fire bubble around the enemy, which forms slowly. The user is then able to get into the bubble of flames and travel inside of it at high speeds, attacking anything inside of it.

Fire Style: Fire Clone Jutsu - The user creates clones of himself made from fire chakra. When the clones are destroyed they explode in a fire ball.

Lightning Style: Lightning Clone Jutsu - The user creates clones of himself made from electric chakra. When the clones are destroyed they explode in an electric pulse.

Ninja Art - Beast Mimicry - The users hair grows longer and wilder, fangs grow, nails grow sharper, eyes become catlike, ears become furry and catlike, and the user goes to all 4ers. The user loses some of his ability to think and problem solve but gains quicker reflexes, better instincts, and better senses.

Plasma Arrow - User creates a bow and arrow made from plasma chakra and then fires the arrow at the target. If the arrow hits the target, the target catching fire in places, the whole target gets electrocuted, and an explosion happening where the arrow hit. If the arrow moves at high speeds, its attack power will be small. But if the arrow moves slow, it gains power.

Plasma Style: Plasma Whip Jutsu - The jutsu is the same as Thunder thread but instead of energy chakra the user sends plasma chakra threw the cord. The plasma chakra burns the user and sends an electric charge threw the target at the same time.

Ninja Art: Chakra Cloth Jutsu - The user creates thousands of chakra threads and have them weave in and out around the user till the user is completely covered with the threads, leaving a small crack for the eyes to see threw. It is a very good deffencive jutsu, which helps protect him from weapon, ninjutsu, and taijutsu attacks.

Ninja Art: Chakra Cocoon - The user uses multiple chakra cords and wraps the enemy in them until the enemy is no longer visible. Then the chakra cocoon breaks and the enemy comes out, but the chakra cords have plugged themselves into the enemy’s nervous system. The user can now control the enemy like a puppet for a little while.

Ninja Art: Cord Clone - User creates a clone made from chakra cords.

Summoning: Cat Army - User summons 2 cat warriors and they can take part in the fighting.

Ninja Art: Blazing Lightning Jutsu - The user casts a genjutsu over the enemy. The enemy suddenly feals electricity passing threw their body and cannot move. At the same time the ememy sees a roaring flame moving closer and closer to them at a high rate of speed. In order for the genjutsu to be triggered, he spins 3 chakra cords infront of him in a circular motion. If the enemy stares at the cords for to long, they are trapped in the jutsu.

Ninja Art: Elemental Pulse Jutsu - The user emmits their elemental chakra out of their pores. For instance if an enemy had the user by the neck, the user could emmit lightning chakra from their pores to stun the enemy.

Ninja Art: Yarn Ball Jutsu - The user creats mutlitple strings of chakra and weaves them into a ball in his hand. If the ball makes contact with the enemy, the strings break apart and shread the part of the body where the attack made contact.

As you can see I use chakra cords allot so I figured I better describe those too.
Chakra Cords - Slender strings of chakra. They are strong and can only be cut by a large amount of chakra focused at a single point. They can be connected to almost anything and they are almost unsensable. Also any electric stuns caused by the electricity arent true stuns. The electricity messes with the enemies muscle control, but the enemy is still able to move a little.

Please do not go easy on me. >.> I need to work on my bio anyway and some negative points from everyone would give me a starting point. ^^

thunder Thread Jutsu is there a range to the jutsu and how long does it last and is it cutable
Racing Fire Jutsu again range and can u cut it easily if not it might be considered OP

edit read the last sentence but u need to make some of the moves less powerful and more easily to dodge

Fire Style: Fire Storm Jutsu -make sure not to auto hit i think
Plasma Arrow how powerful blast meaning is it a killable blast

Ninja Art: Chakra Cocoon i have to see tenrai on this one since it seems like a killing move since u can control the person or if u can it takes alot of your chakra to make it work

edit:i would make the cords see able and how long are the stuns a few seconds a few seconds minutes and did u get the electric clones from me and fire clones from grif

Plasma, its fire and lightning togather as he described it, just imagine that, other than setting a certain range for the thunder thread, it looks good to me, lets wait for what tenrai has to say though.

well about plasma,In physics, plasma is a sort of ionized(hope you know what an ion is) gas, in which certain proportions of electrons(particals the move around an atoms core) are free rather than being bound to an atom. The ability of the positive and negative charges of ions to move in an independent manner makes the plasma electrically conductive so that it responds strongly to electromagnetic fields. Plasma therefore different from solids, liquids or gases and is considered to be a distinct state of matter.so why is fire and lightning plasma?....

I'm wondering also how does plasma look like? And don't just describe it like "fire and electricity together". All I get from that is a ball of fire that's surrounded by electric currents. EDIT for Ayaname: It's probably because he saw a chart where there are different elements and their combinations. Some other naruto rpg I've seen before. ^^ Nonetheless I accept it as long as he describes how it looks like.

Fire Style: Fire Storm Jutsu - What happens before that or rather how does he execute it? Does it just appear out of nowhere around the opponent? And how small does it actually shrink?

Ninja Art: Chakra Cloth Jutsu - What's the meaning of this jutsu?

Ninja Art: Chakra Cocoon - I'll allow this, but only if the user itself is unable to do jutsus in the meanwhile because his hands are occupied by the chakra cords.

Summoning: Cat Army - Um... Hundreds of them? Nope... I've not seen summons in naruto that come in hundreds. And where do they all go? O_o

Ninja Art: Blazing Lightning Jutsu - There has to be some trigger for this high lvl genjutsu, not just something that becomes out of nowhere. (By high level genjutsu, I mean something so real, that it can be considered real and also it makes the user unable to move) Also in your bio it says that he has only a little skill in genjutsu...

Plasma Arrow - Make it so that the faster it goes the smaller the blast will be. If it goes slower, it will be able to charge more or something~

Ninja Art: Elemental Pulse Jutsu - Sure, but the opponent has to actually touch and not just quickly touch.

Chakra Cords - For these I'd like to make it so that they can be seen but only if you're careful enough to look closely. They are like very thin strings.

Note: Determine how long the stuns will be.

Also! Write a longer personality. You can come up with things if you're just not lazy. ;p

Well, I actually didnt come up with the plasma idea in the first place. My friend saw that I like to use fire and electiricity, and he sugested it to me. He discribed it as a green jello-like substance that kinda moved like lava. >.>

Fire Style: Fire Storm Jutsu - A naruto equivilant would be Haku's ice mirrors. Just, instead of mirrors, its a wall of fire around the enemy. x.x And now that I look at it I think Im going to take the shrinking part out all together.

Ninja Art: Chakra Cloth Jutsu - Its a deffencive jutsu. It helps protect againts weapon, ninjutsu, and taijutsu attacks.

ok here is a question then my character emits chakra/electricity out of his body to do certain jutsu's so if i focused that on my hands i can cut the treads?

Yep. All it takes to break them is for the enemy to cut the cords with a weapon with chakra flowing threw it or a hand with chakra running threw it. Just use one of those things and slice. >.>

and speaking of which my char has control over fire,so do you cancel or my attacks or do i cancel yours?

Well, I dont control fire...I just use it. x.x My skin still burns the same. Maybe fire attacks do less damage to us? I dont really know for sure.

The bloodline has nothing to do with fire resistance if you haven't written it in there ^^ Of course I'd rather not because this bloodline concentrates on the combining of two elements.

Fire Style: Fire Storm Jutsu - That's what I thought too :p Of course with Haku's jutsu, the forming was slow, so the enemy had a little time to get away from there.

Ninja Art: Blazing Lightning Jutsu - Well.. a trigger... I have been trying to come up with a genjutsu for Susumu.. I've only figured out the trigger... something like blood will start to slowly flow on the ground towards the enemy and if the enemy starts to stare at it for too long blahblahblah.. Maybe your trigger might have something to do with the chakra cords.

To your note: Yes add that in :3

Thunderthread jutsu will have the range as long as the person can throw kunai or shuriken.
