worried about shine

guys...seriously what happened to shine?...
i mean before i took a break from tnr it wasn't at this bad of a shape...i see the population grew but almost no regen and not a lot of really strong ninja...

sry i go to current for trainin T____________T

me 2 but that was a long time ago...i just need more regen to kill an aponent i hate lol^^
but as soon as i do i will come back to shine and try to make a good ANBU squad...

3. well.. thats it.. many ppl left shine for the regen... and those that stayed dont raid much...

why don't u raid?...if u don't i won't pick back up...it's a real shame...

i myself.. mostly do defense...

from time to time im going but usually not much
but sure there are ppl who raid.. like darkriderz...

how can we fire things up and make ppl raid?

dont know... but those new features on tnr.. kinda are some motivation to raid...

that means that if every person would at least kill 1 person a day Shine would have 1041 funds a day.

the whole problem is that people don't want to raid because ''they're not in an ANBU'' that's just an excuse for being lazy -_-'

so people.. just kill ONE person a day.. the ANBU squads will get it from there!!

I hear more 'I'm not strong enough to raid!' from people... most of who aren't really strong enough to do much of anything x.x
You wouldn't believe how many 50k or less xp chunin (300k xp Jounin & 600k xp SJ) ask me for a spot in an ANBU x.x
Genin can beat you, go back to training.... ~_~
The problem comes in when these people do get into a fight and realize they suck... but it doesn't spur them to train... it makes them run off to current 'because the regen is better'... which frankly is a lame excuse.... without even using SJ jutsu I'm competitive with anyone under 40 mil xp... ~_~

there isn't much motivation in shine...not even with the ryo for the ANBU contest get those "lazy" people to raid/defend and they doesnt train
the best part of the is acting as "narutarts" dreaming of being a kage
