seems like shine finally got a village jutsu...

shine has nin
glacier has nin
shroud has tai
horizon has gen... but horizon doesnt matter at all cause no one of us will ever be able to get it anyway >.>

silence and konoki must get gen and weapon jutsu...

Silence already has a Genin Tai, Silent Spinner.

konoki and current are all that is left waiting for village jutsu...

btw since I'm tai/nin I don't mind a replacement for Wildfire with a added stun effect o.o
I didn't as much like spending 8.5 mil ryo to max it x.x

theres still 2 more village so theres gonna be 1 weapon and 1 gen

well if one of those villages gets a weapon jutsu im going to that village get the jutsu and come back

No it isn't, at least you guys can train the jutsu Dx Im not allowed to unless its in my village.

I could have left Shine for the Shroud taijutsu.... or if I could stomach it, even the Silence taijutsu... But I've never left Shine o.o

hey i like the new jutsu its about time they get a good jounin ninjutsu

that blazing thingy, is that good??

my notes on Blinding Streak after some fairly extensive use raiding/defending (keep in mind I have even gens):

Damage is less than wildfire (not so much, but just enough to not let me 1 hit some people, more damage then Deadly Mist though which tends to do about half what BS does)

Seems to stun as much or more than Deadly Mist for me...

BS has spd as primary gen.... It's like a taijutsuists ninjutsu (same gens as CKC) o.o It's secondary gen is likely will... though int+will builds don't seem to work with it so well...

It seems to have issues against SW... So far every Spirit Warrior I've used it on was resistant o.o So SW may have resistance to Lightning element x.x

BS tends to have a wider damage range then Deadly Mist or Wildfire, my results were from 32k to 62k x.x Wildfire is 45 to 66k...

I meant to add more, but I'll leave that for later o.o

shady kave did a test with BS and DM and BS is show to have a lower stunning % but it has higher maximum and minimum dmg and the average dmg dealt by BS is higher off than DM

You know... thinking about stun... A comment once from a td or Aet (I don't remember which), was that stun rate was a fixed chance... Anyways...

It's nigh impossible to test stun chance... Your looking at something that seems to have a 1 in 20 chance of happening... but that could mean 100 times it fails and then afterwards 5 stuns in a row... There is an interesting video I could link to that describes patterns of heads and tails flipping coins and how one pattern is several times more likely than another...
