Actually I have given him a warning at least two times. Mostly from spamming and messages to places where they don't belong (basically the same thing but meh >.>)

He hasn't done it for a while though o.O one more and he's banned, and it dosn't even feel like he's done much wrong...he'll just have to learn not to spam, i'd rather not ban for a couple spam mistakes.
