it doesn't really matter to me who the kage is as long as he or she actually cares about being kage.. Shine gets a new kage every month that it's practically useless to support any activity a kage thinks up because he'll be replaced before that activity sees completion. At this rate the Kage position would just be a joke.. and we won't even be a village anymore, we're just a bunch of people who happens to be in the same place.. maa.. I guess it doesn't really matter as long as we don't all get sold down the river.. we could just do whatever.. *sigh*

Isn't there a way for villagers to help build up one person so he/she can remain kage?

mmmm... don't remember his name, but it did happen... XD
His alt was a 12 mil xp SJ and he refused to wake up on it... XD

It was part of the '12 kage's in 4 days', about a month back... x.x

Konoki has the biggest population (even bigger then Current), but regen less than (or equal to, if they caught up) Shine...

Usually you go away to train where you'd get more regen... Not half your current regen for days only to have worse regen... x.x

Datsu or whatever his name is is now our new Kage. No more Currentians!

I'm also thinking to move out of Shine as soon as I reach Jounin Lv. 1 and train in one of the villages that has the highest regen/defenses/no raids/strong kage till I come back as a full Special-Jounin.(It make take several months before I come back or not come back at all)

I've also seen several ppl becoming outlaws when we're not paying attention and flees to another village like a person called "yellowstar." Spotted her becoming an outlaw and several other ppl too moving into either these 3 major villages:

Current, Konoki, Silence

I fear that Shine is actually the least strongest among all of the others.

Well thats your choice but for me, I'm deciding to train somewhere where my stats can go up higher, faster. But after that, I'm coming back. Hopefully, Shine would be the best then.
