Rofl, again Kiri, there is not realy any more to it than what it says above, a Country/Citizen Sim game, if you want the small Details, you'll have to see for youe self, as telling them all could take several Pages.

lol a country/citizen sim game is a simulation game were you play as a Citizin of a country of you own choosing, you can make a company, join the army, make a newspaper, run for President, Build a anit-goverment army to overthrow the current president (yes lol), or even make your own. Basicly it is a game that allows the players to run and deside the corse of their "Country".
