I joined Horizon 4 times in core 1, and eventually left each time because I didn't like the people there. Although that is probably still true, it is much more alluring now that it is so hard to get in, and even less populated than in core 1. If I'd have had rep or money at the time, I'd have given it a few rolls.

o_o Even with 100 more people, I guarantee that village is still dead 60% of the time xD It's awful when I get picked to mod there

There are a few good people there, though o.o Suave and a few others help keep that village alive.
