Hmm.. i think there is no need to explain waht it is...
I'm playing with virtual money at www.pkr.com
At the start you have 1000$ and you can win much more
Now i have over 30000$ of course it's virtual but it shows that i'm pretty good player...
There is a chances to play for real money too but i dislike it and don't play for it..

I like playing poker. It's actually very easy once you get the hang of it.

Wow, I havn't played since ages.
I use to played a lot, especially when I was in Navy.
It's kinda not the same when it's virtual.

Yeah cause you can't bluff and things like that.

i havent played online poker for years lol
i prefer playing it in RL its much more fun ^__^
with friends, at a casino wither way your having a good time.. sitting behind the computer playing online isnt as much fun i think..

(strip poker is the best) XD

i cant play for real... but virtual... it seems easier... as then i know when its my turn x.x and all the other things are made automatically (against NPCs ^^;;; )

Hmm.. i hate that there are a lot of noobs online... they have one pair and call everything.. but in the tournaments at the final you can bluff a lot and i like that i have won a few tournaments... Here are the photos:

Yea im using 2 nicknames RavenLT and Dievas1 Dievas1 haves much more money so now i'm playing as RavenLT this is a photos of tournaments in one participated 231 in another 50 players.. in these both i have won 1st places.. i have played in much more tournaments allmost every time in final table but i just didn't made a photos of 2,3 places..

nice Raven, as i said earlier im not a big online poker player but seeing the stats from tournaments you play, you seem fairly good online ^^

having won tournaments is a great way to practice for the real thing i think its pretty much the same except your not behind a computer ^^

Without bluffing poker is nothing!!! >=O

Actually you can bluff in virtual poker.
But remember that main point of this game is to make other believe that you are bluffing when you have a good hand.
When you get pool with nothing on hand it makes you feel good but you will never take a full pool this way.

o_o i play poker but only in real life and only for real money =/ its not fun without the risk and gain

i agree to some extent with you Eli, but i also like playing in RL for fun with just chips... or strip poker XP

i watched my ex-boss/friend play in the Texas Holdem Tournament at the local pub on firday night! he did an awesome job he came to the last table but because it was a time elimination he had the second largest collection of chips coming to 5 mil and the dude that won had 10 mil worth in chips and the prize was $1000 cash, an automatic qualification to enter the semi-national tournament, a voucher for 2 people for a 3 day weekends stay at the hotel/casino (skytower) in Auckland CBD aswell as $10,000 worth of chips to spend there (they wernt redeemable for money) also a hat, a tshirt with the sponser of the tournaments name on them i think it was PKR... and a fancy looking Texas holdem poker set with cards and chips and a table to hold drinks and chips and markings for cards ^___^

my mate won $500 cash,a qualification to the semi-nationals tournament, a hat, t shirt and a fancy texas holdem poker set aswell.. (it would have been cool if he got the 10,000 chips and stay at the hotel lol)
