*duuh* i feel so dumb right now lol i should have known this already but i remember now ^__^

nail and piccolo fused on namek and Kami/god fused to defeat the androids (and here is me thinking that they died -.-)
but dendae was/is the new dragon ball maker right? does he have a title or something like watcher or protector or something like that??

unless they decided to do series on the bad guys and what they did before they messed with earth lol

rememebr... the fight against vegeta at the start of DB
goku died in the fight against his brother... and trained at master kaiyo .... then vegeta arrived on earth... and everyone started fighting... and many ppl died while waiting for goku....
and in the end... also picollo has given his life for gohan... when piccolo died... god died with him...
and so the dragon balls became stone... this was also the reason why they travelled to namek at all... to use their dragon balls...

well there were already made 2 special movies... aside from the other movies that follow goku and gohan... and eevryone else on the earth...
one about gokus father Bardock ...... and the other one about future trunk and his fight against the cyborgs/androids in his time...

ah i thought so, but when they wished piccolo back Kami/god came back to? i couldnt get my head around that one...lol
yeah thats right but i was meaning their own series like Raditz, Vegeta and Nappa had their own series and then cell gets his own series (even though it would pretty much be the same...) and Buu had his own series before he came back through Babidi..
thats what i was meaning but yeah those 2 movies were good aswell but not what i ment in a way...

pls dont call it series... as the whole DB or DBZ are being understand as series...
what you mean is called a saga.. or season if you like so... -.-

and what you were talking about were sagas of the story line... that what happened before... like with gokus father... or like the trunks movie... were not parts of the actual story... so they didnt become part of the series... as well as your suggestions of other bad guys own sagas
the most probably thing would be just another movie on them... but not more... >.>

Dragon Ball Kai

In February 2009, Toei announced that they would begin rebroadcasting Dragon Ball Z as part of the series' 20th anniversary celebrations. The series premiered on April 5, 2009, under the name Dragon Ball Kai, with the episodes remastered for HDTV, featuring updated opening and ending sequences, and a rerecording of the vocal tracks by most of the original cast. They were also re-edited to more closely follow the manga, resulting in a faster moving story, and damaged frames removed. As such, it is a "new" series created from the original Dragon Ball Z footage.
