Bloodline: Youritsu Shesoi
This bloodline is like a double edged sword. With this bloodline, the person's body produces an over abundance of electric current allowing them to control and manipulate electricity to a certain degree. It also almost 90% makes them immune to electric attacks. The person who has this bloodline can sense the electric current in humans and animals approaching up to 10 yards. The person will also be able to see the electric current in the humans or animals body making his jutsu's hit the nerves of the opponent. This bloodline comes with some unique jutsu's.

The double edged sword comes into play whenever the person is using and manipulating the electricity. When this bloodline user starts manipulating the electric current, it causes all the nerves on his entire body to go in overload and it causes the user intense pain all over the body. The bloodline users before they start fighting take a pain killer before fight starts so the pain can be manageable. There is another withdraw though, the pain killer only lasts an hour in the bloodline users body so after the effects of the pain killer wear off. Intense pain comes making the user black out from it.

Personality: Renji has always been calm. In fact, some say he has always been too calm even under tight situations. Renji has learned the true path of the shinobi and has almost cut off all his emotions. He is very controlled during a fight even when the odds seem against him and his face almost never changes. Even though he has cut off emotions, he doesn't like killing people. Whenever he fights, he aims to knock the opponent unconscious or maim them so he can escape. He likes using simple moves when he fights opponents, but he has some powerful jutsu up his arsenal which he only uses when the situation really calls for it.

Str and wkness: Renji has learned a wide variety of jutsu's during his travels, but he knows most and favors lightning jutsu over them all when he has to use his jutsu's. Due to his bloodline causing him sever pain, he prefers not to use it not unless he really has too. He prefers using his two swords (Hope and Fear) when the sheaths are on them, so they are more like fighting with two sticks. Renji has perfected his speed and dodging capability over the years due to the fact that when his bloodline is activated it triples the pain when he is hit. He prefers to parry most attacks with Hope and Fear when he is fighting opponents and he rarely unsheathes them. He uses the needles wrapped around his wrist when he fights to place them on a nerve so the opponent cant move there hand, foot, etc... The only weak point he has is earth jutsu's when he uses the bloodline to fight since the metals in the earth ground some of the power of the electric attacks.

Jutsu's:
Piercing shock: The user takes out a needle and attacks the opponent. The user using Youritso Shesoi sees the electric flow of the nerves in the opponents body and aims for a vital nerve in the opponents body and jabs the needle there. After the user has placed the needle in the right spot, he raises his other hand depending on which one is free and moves it to his chest with 2 fingers raised with speed and sends a current of electricity spliced with chakra into the opponent making that arm, leg, hand etc unusable for a little while.(it seems slow but the character does this in a split second using his speed)

The electric laugh: This is the users last jutsu he will ever use. Upon death during a battle, the user will send electricity mixed with chakra within 15 yards making the opponents speed decrease if he is within those 15 yards. The user while sending out the currents is building a huge charge inside his body. When the charge is full, the user will send it out of his body within those 15 yards electrocuting everything in site. If the opponent manages to survive his nerves will be messed up from the electrical damage.( this happens in a matter of seconds)

The four corners: The user puts needles all over the area he and the opponent are fighting. The user puts his hand with two fingers up against his chest and sends currents of electricity/chakra to all the needles in the area making an electric barrier. The opponent can leave the barrier but within the barrier the opponents speed is drastically reduced the the air in the barrier is electrified which is messing with the opponents nerves therefore slowing him down.

The look around: The user while fighting the opponent will try to get either one of his hands behind the opponent. Once the hand is behind, the user will touch the opponents spine which at that point will then send and electric current into the spine messing up the nerves for awhile. Which means when the opponent tries to use his hand his foot will move. This only lasts a couple minutes.

Electric clones: The user creates clones out of electricity/chakra. Upon contact of target, the clone explodes sending high volts of lightening everywhere.

Increased speed: The user increases the electric current in his muscles making him move faster than usual.

Electric jump: If the user is in danger and wishes to escape or just doesn't want to fight. He increases the electrical current in his body till even the molecules become unstable. When the molecules are near disappeared, the user sends his electric current in a direction and his body moves with it at high speeds evading the enemy. When this jutsu is used, it almost completely drains the users chakra and stamina and it takes several days to recover. This is a last ditch effort to escape jutsu.

Electric Jab: This is a kill move. The user creates a sword of electricity mixed with chakra. The user then rushes towards the opponent and stabs him in the heart causing the heart to get electrocuted and burnt to a crisp. Due to the mental power and just power in itself, the users speed slows down considerably due to him putting all the electricity into this attack.

(I know there is alot missing but i have to get inspired first)

just did the bl is it over powered?

sorry for the double post but for my character can i use needles to put into the opponents vital nerves basically making their arm leg useless for a little while

what kind of needles?...

well there not big needs about an inch long with a little reciever at the end so when i put the needle in the nerve spot i send my current to the receiver make that arm or leg or whatever it is useless for a while

The bl.. Otherwise it sound fine but that 20 yards is kinda too much o.o So maybe 10 yards?

i can do 10 do u want any draw backs with the bl like earth jutsu or the blackout after an hour is enough

That's enough I believe o.o Just watch it how long the battles will go on and try to figure out how much time has past.

well im still trying to figure out his appearance but he will have a timer on him

again double posting and i need help and hints coming up with new jutsu's

the thing i don't get is that when you say the electricity in the air",thing is the only way to use electric currents in the air is very hard cuz the atoms are really scatterd and are not in ion state.
this means they have very a little electric charge and to even use that you will need to use MASSIVE amounts of chakra and basicly you and ur opponent will die from radiation.
plus rock,sand,grass ect are none conductive.

i know rock,sand,grass arent conductive the recievers at the end of the pins are conductive

and i know i will need massive amount of chakra but the bl amplifies my power over to control them hence why im drugged basically when i fight and true about the radiation but who wants to live forever ^_^ and i only use my bl when i really have to so the radiation will be minimal

dude the radiation should kill you within a month or so lol^^

lol well i need to find a way for electrical currents to be in the air without radiation coming out

how about on my persons i carry little generators i toss on the ground that are basicaly amplifiers so when i release electricity from my body it amplifies it making it go in the surrounding area

just splify the elctric current u have in ur body with chakra and use it...thats what i would do
