Shade only insulted him, with the respect ryuzaki has gotten from shine if he started killing random members it wouldn't surprise me(thats against the rules..just pointing out). He did take kage from shadow...yeah, and made new anbu rules so people would stop being lazy and actually go get kills, if their is going to be a war to me it looks like the people that actually do want a war are pretty weak, mark this though I will do everything I can to make sure he stays kage e.e well on my alt at least.

I saw this would happen.. Now I'm waiting paitently how Ryuzaki acts before those people. I warned that kages don't have that much power ;p

I have no idea...but I don't mean if you accidentally attack and kill your villager while raiding your going to get in trouble, but usually when others attack their villagers its for revenge, since it dosn't give any VF it usually only happens for revenge purposes.

i think this rule has been made afterwards...
cause some were harrassed by their own villagers... (some one taking revenge or whatever)
since i believe it hasnt been theere from the beginning...
remember vahn killed his own villagers...
cause he felt disliked by them... so he gave them a reason... >.>
