what's so sepcial?

First of all, Horizon is now open and can be joined through the script in the black market. To get into Horizon, you roll a random number between 1-100. If you get 5 or less, you're going to be transferred (5% chance). You can't roll more than 10 times a month, and there are only 5 open spots each month.

I know I've been posting a lot of updates the last few days (I don't know where that spontaneous motivation came from?), but this is where it ends for now. The next 2 weeks I'll be spending all my time in a lab cutting in mice. So unless TD goes on a rampage, don't expect as many updates over the next 2 weeks.

and my question is why would i want to go to horizon?
any special jutsus or anything like that?

Well, alot of strong ppl go there to fight and challenge and stuff like.

Well I'm not sure if my info are correct but its a good place to train and battle ppl. And well I think this is wrong but I THINK you can get attacked even though your offline or even though your a Genin or AS.

Try asking ppl who were in Horizon like Ryu.

You can be offline while attacked...well...not exactly.

If you go offline, even if you are awake, if your offline for a certain number of seconds you disappear from the scout area screen, and cant be attacked, even if your awake. Although if you just log off, and your awake, and about 5 seconds later someone scouts, they can attack you.

Nobody can attack genin or AS though.

and what about the regen or the jutsus in horizon?

They have a really powerful genjutsu as their village jutsu. They cant be kicked out of the village, their regeneration rate is 144 for an SJ.

They only have 100 people though, or about that many. So they don't need as many VF points, but it isn't easy to get it for them.

back then in c1 ppl had to pay like 5 rep to go inside horizon...
it was like a a village for special ppl...
it has something legendary
