Hmm... I think this is a pretty good thing to keep people who are loyal to their village moving out to current for training. Loyal villagers would never raid for some other village and that's why 25% increase in regen will bring it closer to current's regen. So moving out wouldn't be as much profitable.

yes. so if they want to get PvP, they first come back to their own villages.

When will we get the PvP exp. I mean my PvP exp. is increasing but not my regen..

my highest was 9xx too... now at 5xx but i will catch up to phirez & gooch...

man that anbu contest ES had was fun congrats to the anbu's who bust their a$$...

& thinking of going jounin when i cap my pools chakra-capped stamina-9.4k 12k hp now...

any one have tips for me & my training?
