Silence Alliance

As the new Kage of Silence, I am posting this to create an alliance with Shine. Although I'm still working out the details of this alliance, I am making sure the EmeralSoul will agree to this before I continue any further.

alliance?...this means we don't raid each others village?...not gonna work,not all will listen to you and besides...how can this alliance help shine?

I'm alright with that, Silence was good to me when I trained there

It's not about Raiding each other, players are free to raid wherever they please.

This alliance is mainly to help each other grow. If Shine needs help raiding, I can send some of Silence's shinobi to Shine to help them raid for a while, and vice versa.

There's a lot more to it, I still need Emeral's approval though.

At least I wouldn't move and raid for another village... And when I'm raiding in Silence I wouldn't want to dodge my friends all the time >.>

A alliance sounds good but I don't see any real benefit from it. I'm also not the only one deciding since I'm also going to support my villagers like they support me.

I have a 1 or 2 rules I would like to say we could follow by but in the end it could cause some conflict.

we need more information before we can say anything ....

Rule 1 would be that if we're raiding each other and someone random raider from any other village comes, we don't attack each other until that random raider is gone. That way we won't have worry about who we're killing, if it'll affect our alliance, and will keep stupid people from attacking you when your trying to help the village not raid them.

Rule 2 would be that if we (Shine or silence) is going to start a war with someone, we MUST consult the other village and if the other village refuses to part take in that war, we are not to use their names or get them involved in that war.

that would be all that I would add to our alliance if one.

I don't see any benefit from the alliance and For laxzy ass raiding silece is most profiting,

From my understanding we're still allowed to raid each other, unless you miss read what I meant.

Also as a add on, to Rule 1, the problem with that is that people that your raiding would go to sleep while your waiting so that would be a problem.

if that is the case, this talk about an alliance would be discontinued?
